PC's been really damn slow recently. Might be related, might not.
Nonetheless could do with a check up anyway.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Right click to run as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Press Scan button.
  • It will produce logs called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.

There is no malware on your computer, only thing I can see which might be taking resources is this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\BOINC\boinc.exe

Is that program/file intentional or unwanted?

Yeah that is intentional. It's biomedical research I schedule to run when I'm working and sleeping. It does slow my PC down ridiculous amounts if I use it at the same time without capping it's CPU usage but generally it's controllable.

Good to hear about malware though, thanks for the checkup!
I'll look into what's causing the slowness in a bit.
