You could use an iframe with the src as an IPTV resource. If you want someone to do it for you, no one is going to spoonfeed you so go into the marketplace and pay somebody there.

PHP Code

<?php
<iframe height="{$height}" width="{$width}" src="{$iptv resource}"></iframe>

If you're willing to pay for a service, this thread belongs in the marketplace.

And to extract the src, you could either pay an IPTV provider for it or use a free IPTV plugin and extract it from there. If you have Kodi, install some free IPTV plugins, go onto the streams and extract the URL. Embed that URL into your iframe src.
