Time-delayed webpage blaster?

My goal here is to make a BadUSB payload that only needs to be inserted into the target computer for a few second, and then will set up a ~3 minute timer for launching a payload which maxes out the volume, as well as opens a link (either youtube or some loud flashy webpage) to scare the user. I think it would be hilarious.

Basically I want to make a time-delayed version of this USB Rubber Ducky Payload: https://github.com/hak5darren/USB-Rubber...be-blaster

I would love to make this for both major OSes, but I am not super familiar with the coding involved with each. So I ask you, the community, what method of delaying this for MacOS should I use? As well as how should I approach it for Windows?

Thanks!
I dont know much about usb rubber duckies, how ever I think I know what you want.
I recommend you write a simple script VB or C++/C# to be the "payload" as it will run on most windows computers. Then host the file on a free download site. Then write a ducky script to open up the link to the direct download then wait, then launch the payload program.
This is a kind of complicated way to go about it and someone might come up with a better solution but I hope this helped.

Yeah I know VB script can be executed silently (as in no window pops up) so that seems like a good solution. Now I just have to figure out how to program it 😭
