why not (as part of an upgraded rank) have an option where you can steal usernames of inactive accounts (say like 1 year plus) or banned accounts since banned accounts that wont be coming back wont need the usernames and im sure some people have at one point wanted a username that a banned user has that they can never have,

Try using special characters like my friend Bob Marley? Don't think they will do this, just to preserve all accounts whether closed or not, sorry.
