So, I have a USB that I want to make into a "BadUSB" so that when I plug it into a computer it AutoRuns a program!

Many tutorials on Google.
You need a special USB to do this, one containing a micro-controller.
Here's a list of supported USB devices.

You can't just use a normal usb device it has to be a microcontroller that can disguise itself as an input device. The closest you can get with a normal usb is making an autorun file but even then autoplay would have to be enabled on their pc.

There are TONS and TONS of tutorials out there for this.
Use google and make sure you have the correct microcontroller.
