So they have restricted my paypal due to:

"We have recently discovered an activity pattern in your account that may be
risky."

The paypal has bank and card attached to it, so i really need it to not be restricted

Any of you know how to go about it?

Note: I had a chargeback dispute with another member that I'm currently working. Is this the reason for the restriction? And would restriction go away once solved?

Is it permanently limited with no chance of appeal? It's gone for good then.

If it's not, then appeal it and get it fixed.

Solve negativ ?currency? (the money on the account)
Specify business info (I don't have an official business, can i solve it without?)
Specify additional info on payments

Most of them I can do, but wouldn't i need an actual business to do the business one? :)-

And could i get unrestricted by doing most of them?

^ You provide the info you have and it has to be legit of course. So my advice is to submit all documents you have and call them right away after that.
