One can make shopify store himself, its not that hard. However, its all about fb ads, which one should learn first.

I understand why he wouldn't because he sells the store to people and I doubt the person he sold the shop to to have his niche widely known.

I would rate 9/10 to his service.
He just made a shopify store exactly as I asked and he is super calm and did his job nicely.
Charged me 139USD (39USD for another Premium Theme)
He took 6 days to finish (could have finished it sooner but it's okay)
