The problem is that it isn't showing any results, just white plane panel

Try doing a repair install of the Windows 10 ISO. Don't worry, it won't get rid of programs/data and apps. It re-install Windows 10 keeping all that and fix the issue.

Thank you for the help, but may i ask if there is another method for solving this problem because i got my windows from oem so i dont have any working iso.
