I first found Hackforums in the beginning of 2009 under the username Lani whilst looking for scripts for online games, and decided to register to find and receive help for scripting related purposes.
Shortly after, I began to take participation and become active all around the forums, initially the marketplaces and hacking sections of Hackforums and later took an interest in groups.
I purchased a group in the second half of 2013, Dynasty, which I decided to launch with two friends. Shortly after, I decided to rename the group and try something else, as the initial plans for the group didn't go so well due to various reasons.
Dynasty then turned into Polymath, which, as some old users presumably recall, was a success, to say the least, without sounding too pretentious. We had great success with the projects that we had the opportunity to establish, and the activity was doing well.
Sadly, I was forced to sell Polymath and move on from Hackforums, at least for a while, due to personal reasons, that I won't go into depth about as this is a testimonial thread, which limited both my time and ability to continue running the group.
Since then, I have come back to visit the forums from time to time, but never really decided to stay for more than a month at a time, mostly due to limited time constraints. However, this time is different and I plan on staying.
My overall experience on Hackforums has been great, and I believe that these forums have helped me see the true value of combining technology and business, which is also the reason why I decided to study and pursue a degree in Business Administration and Information Systems.
I hope to stay and that I continue to contribute while enjoying my time here.
Thank you.
