Thank you for forwarding this information for me.

I do apologize to everyone who has been trying to contact me via HF PM. I had purchased a new phone and got a new phone number and didn't take the proper steps to fully backup Authy to avoid the issue of having to go through their recovery process. I ended up having to do so which took a long time but finally got it taken care of so now I'm back and have responded to everyone's PM.

In the near future if something like this happens again, please use other options to contact me if it's an urgent matter. Otherwise, my response time varies based on my online availability. However, I will always have the ability to access tickets and Discord to respond to inquiries.

Again, thank you all for understanding and business still remains as usual.

An update I have done was changed the disk space of the free package which now consists of 500MB instead of 750MB. Anyone who was on the 750MB plan before it was changed remains on that plan.
