how to reformat chromebooks OS |

I think they said linux was the best for "hacking & general white hat stuff" but it too complex for me. I bought a chromebook just to play around with it, inexpensive & light. I dont like the chrome os so I would like to change it.
Is it possible? I don't have any CDs or USBs.

You should purchase a USB since it's apparently the only way you can do this according to:
