I want a cool little animation of some sort added to my two Steam artworks.
(I want it to be seamless between the two long images, if you need the original two images PM me and I will give them to you to work with)

Some ideas:

Some light snow drifting across the images. (PREFERRED -- best would be if this could be combined with the bottom idea)

A slight glitching effect.

Add one of those orange circles to the backpack on the guy in the image.

What you have is probably $10-20 from a free lancer.

I don't think you know the value of graphics / a freelancer. On the other hand you probably never paid/had work made by a good freelancer.
I sure as hell would get insulted for being paid $10-20 for hours of work.
And $5 is also an insult no mather what. You might find someone, but it will be a 13 year old kid with no idea about money, and that'll just help destroy the market

I pretty much agree with everything you said. Been watching this thread and the posts of the OP and it's just funny.
But I guess that this is how you stay rich:

I do know the value.
Why?
Because I have tons of logos/branding made for next to nothing with people with crazy skill, or people trying to build up a portfolio.

You might be able to find this from someone using a template or with no Steam experience, but almost all experienced Steam designers will ask for at least some compensation.
