Hey guys..i tried to change my laptop name and after that it requaired an restart..i restarted and now it has been 60 mins im waiting..it says getting windows ready..dont turn off ...Can someone help me?

Do you have hello login enabled? Start it in safe mode first off, and if you do have hello login do you have something like tobii? Or some third party application that could be interfering with it?

Honestly, if the OS doesn't appear to be frozen such as there is a moving animation. It's best just to wait. I've had that stuck for hours in the past. Go do something else. Though I have come back to find it still running ... I'm not sure why that happens.

Don't attempt to power it off unless the HDD indicator lights on the case are not active.
