The method can definitely make money, as is the case with most eBooks but it will take a investment and as OP mentions it can be as little as $1.00.
Is this method common? Possibly but it's not something that can be saturated really.
As far as the eBook itself goes, the OP mentions on the first page that he will "break it down as simple as possible" but I really did not see that as he used some abbreviations that somebody with no knowledge of this particular method would probably not understand.
While I do consider this a downside of this eBook (If he claims to break things down then he really should), he does offer support on Skype and Discord for those who don't know about the particular subject.
Other than that he does provide direct steps throughout the eBook and I'm sure following them properly will earn you some money.
I will be trying this method out and I hope to report back here with proof of earnings.
