Miner shutting off shortly after mining

I've got 6 1060s on a rig with an 850w PSU

The machine has been working fine mining ETH for the past week, I recently switched over to ZEC because it was more profitable, and it was running just fine with ZEC for 2 or 3 days.

But now when I try to run the rig, it restarts/crashes after mining for ~10 minutes

I removed one of the cards and it seems to be working steady now. I'm thinking it might've been a power consumption issue, but I don't see how it'd work 100% okay for 2 weeks with 6 cards before doing this.

Any similar experiences or advice you could give me for getting it working with the 6th card?

which 1060 exactly is it? also what GB is it?

have you installed the latest drivers + the latest release of the miner you're using?

Did you increase the power draw?

I slightly increased the OC, then the problems started, then I lowered to stock and the problem persisted

can you tell us what you have it set on power etc do you know how much your rig is using watts?
Just a question: how many hashes do you get from 6 of these?
also how profitable has it been compared to eth?
Same setup and I'm expanding I'm curious as I was looking for new coins to mine

Xmr is great to mine i wish prices where a little better it will go up tho
What miner do you use ? maybe some screenshots from your Miner with more info about temp\hashrate
If your rig keeps restarting it means it cant draw enough power for the risers or cards itself.....try to redistribute the power....and the best is not to exceed 3 risers per power cable (even if it has 6 sata connectors per cable)
This can be easily solved.

I'm getting an average of around 1830 Sol/s with ZEC

whattomine.com tells you what other coins would be better to mine compared to ETH

It's gone back to working without crashing for now, the miner sometimes stops working (CUDA ZEC miner, "thread exited with code 46") but just relaunching the miner seems to fix that problem. It's working now with even more OC than before without crashing, it must've just been having a rough day.

What kind of cards do you have brand and variant?
