I dont know if i should put this as a scam report or not because he literally did not do anything after i gave him my money, despite the fact that he promised progress. No reports, nothing. The only reason that im putting it as a community alert instead of a deal dispute is that if he does provide a report or shows he did work on it, it still made 0 progress. Just warning people not to buy his service and look for someone else for ranking, or better yet learn to rank yourselves.
