I've never served people so I've never received a tip. I also don't usually participate in tipping so largest I've ever given is $25.
What about you guys? Ever seen some awesome tips?
Never gotten a tip myself, but the MOST i have tipped someone was 100$.
I usually tip $15-$17 when I go out about once a week

Depends on the service quality. 5$~20$
The largest tips I give are to my barber.
The cut usually runs me $15 for a chin strap and skin fade, but I always tip at least $30.
You have to show love to your barber, they make you look good as fuck, so in return you should at least tip them decently.
The biggest tip I’ve given my barber is 55.
$100 for a birthday party I took care of at my local bowling alley.

How much did you get paid on top of that though?

I was making $8 an hour. It was a pretty substantial job being that I was always there.

Ahh. Thought it sounded like you were doing volunteer work. In which case I wouldn't consider than a tip, more so payment. But yeah, that definitely counts as a tip. I guess I'm unlucky that I don't receive tips in my line of work as I'm sure it's a great surprise!

Don't try to have tips justify your hard work. Whatever you're doing, keep giving it all you've got and some generous soul will tip you at some point.
I always tip my barber, my cut is around $10-15 and I always just give him a $20 note and leave it at that.
Veni, Vidi, Vici.

I work as a programmer in a very large company. Seen as I never meet the customer it's not really possible for me to get tips. I still work hard for work bonuses and promotions!

I don't usually receive tips (because of the nature of my 'job' lol) but I usually give 10-20% tips, when someone is above & beyond I have no problem leaving him 50-75%.
The largest tip I've gotten was $200 and the largest I've given was $400 (back when I had money lmao).
you are loved. <3

I don't tip and haven't worked anywhere which involved me directly getting tips.
