So I have finally decided to invest money in crypto.

Here are questions I have in mind:
Q.Is blockchain reliable , I have all my bitcoin and eth in there?
Q.How can I save them offline? I looked some articles but they were hard as fuck either I didnt read good ones Or I am too dumb.
Q. Where can I buy more coins?

Q. What should I invest in ? I have budget of 2000$
Q. Am I too late to profit from the coins hype?
Q.Any site to keep track of new coins and existing coins rates?

For offline storage get a Ledger Nano S hardware wallet. Your other options are a paper wallet or a wallet you generate on an offline device that will never touch the internet.

Ledger Nano S is the best option if you wanna spend a few bucks.

The blockchain is the network that is used to send transactions. As far as reliability goes, you can't do much about it lol

Nope. Metropolis is due next week for eth and the hardfork for btc the week after.

Depends on what coins you want to invest in. I personally use Coinbase. However they only support BTC/LTC/ETH right now. If you want to buy other coins, you can use a exchange site like Bittrex or Polo.
