I'm searching for a robust script that will create a shell even after the victim reboot his android phone. i found some nice scripts that keeping the shell as long as the phone hasn't rebooted. but it not help me for the long term.

Can somebody help me with this?

Android rat will probably work for you. I'm pretty sure they have start up settings. Look in the rat section.
