Did you used to send and receive payments as friends and family only?
If yes, you can't do anything.
Don't delete anything from that account, wait 180 days and then withdraw the money.
After that, you can delete everything you want.
You can't delete your bank account from your paypal when its limited and also when its permanent limited and also after 180 days. The bank account will remain linked to your paypal and you will not be able to link it to another paypal.

You can only withdraw money, you can’t remove card/bank account.

I used to receive payment as friends and family and goods and services and also to buy things.

Most of you have no idea how paypal loves fees.
So paying and receiving as g&s is going to save your ass.
If you send more F&F payments, expect getting limited soon.

I've easily sent over 4 k PayPal to my buddy in 2 months and never had a problem, why?
Simply because I sent as goods and services, PayPal don't gives shit to the "merchant's" account because they're getting $$ as fees.

I coudn't agree more. F&F is "safer" (kinda, I guess) but sending/receiving a lot of F&F payments will get you limited in no time.
