Yeah so how would I really go about this? I've been using vpn's to get in locations but some places are way harder to get to. Like some random ass place in Michigan and what I do would be 10x more effective if I could effectively spoof my location to where I want.

You can only do this if you can route your traffic through a proxy that is from the location you desire, some good proxy scrapers are able to give you the location of each proxy server they find online, if you can get one of those you can change your proxy based on their location at your own will.
