I need a safe resource to download Farber tool, I downloaded it from about 10 different websites, And when I scanned it on virustotal I have found that all of the versions are full of viruses and Trojans. So can anyone help ?

Download FRST from another computer, it sounds like some malware is being injected into every .exe you download.

It's normal for certain malware removal tools (such as FRST) to be flagged as malicious on VirusTotal by certain products. It doesn't mean that they are malicious or else. Happens a lot with FRST, AdwCleaner, TFC, etc.

Could be malware on you computer or your anti-virus detecting it as a virus. Likelihood is anti-virus.

I got my DL from bleeping, and it was flagged by both ESET and Windows defender, however as far as I can see my computer is running well and fixlists work.
