i've got am LG441g phone. Piece of junk, i know, but due to certain...restrictions it's all i have at the moment. My first question is, is there any way to update the browser? I think that may solve my other problems too. Like...90% of sites i try to access are unavailable to me. Hotmail, youtube, myspace, ebay...i can't use any of that. Sometimes it tells me "secure connection failed", or "unable to locate host"...is there a way to solve this?I can't post any pictures online. When i tried to upgrade my Yahoo, i'm told that i don't have Javascript, yet i do. There has to be a way to do these things. It makes no sense that i can access some sites, yet not others. Nor does it make sense that i can take pictures, yet not post them. I can't even download any apps! What's the deal?

You could download opera mini.

what is that? And what will it do?

It's just another browser, it's lighter and faster than chrome or others.

thanks for that. I tried it, and i like it. I tried to add to your rep points, but i haven't figured out how to do that yet. My next question is...after i exited my browser to make a call, i can't figure out how to get back into opera. It takes me back into my old browser. An i gonna have to re-download it each time?

You're supposed to have the app button in your phone, try looking for it.
And no problem, you're a non-upgraded user so rep points can't be given yet until you upgrade to l33t

i was able to figure it out. It was listed with my games. Thanks again!
