Well on HWMonitor i'm seeing 0.001v, and on HWInfo i see higher than 0.001v, extremely confusing me, any help is appreciated, even under heavy loads it stays at 0.001v on hwmonitor

Probably a bad reading....

I assume you have the monitor plugged into the 480 and not the motherboard?
Also, try checking while it’s under load.

Yep under load same thing but in hwinfo it's different readings.

Edit:
Can you rec a new mobo?, my current one only supports 95w but i need a 125w for my 8350, my budget is $80, i'm stuck using a 95w for the past 4 months because of budget issues.

This is just weird, HWMonitors voltage isn't right?, hw info seems to be giving correct voltages guess i'll have to use hwinfo from now on.
