Hey, so im trying to make a multi hack / cracked tools (.exe files, mod files, etc downloads) website. I want to make it as a wordpress page where i make a post or article for the game in which it shows some pictures, videos, and then some space for text where i can write features and stuff like that. And then a download button under that. I want to be able to post multiple of those. Is there any plugin, theme, or tool you guys would recommend for this? Not good with wordpress at all, would love some tips to get in the right direction. Thanks!

Make a wordpress site with following guideline-

1. Game theme
2. Proper menu architecture
3. Upload files on google drive in ZIP format (to prevent site hack and prevent from suspension for hosting illegal tools)
4. Post articles and use any free builder to make your content and site look professional

Any help or if you need paid service feel free to ping me.

If you can spend some money, take a look at themeforest. They have hundreds of category-based themes which are quite good. Or look for free themes on google. Since you are new to wordpress, I would recommend learning it from a tutorial site first before doing anything else.
