I had a car accident last night. Suffered a concussion, bruised ribs, and I have a sore neck.  Got a nasty headache and I been nauseous. So I'm not feeling too well.  Xray and scans came back good so I don't have any internal injuries. But I'm not feeling well and I'm groggy from pain meds.  I won't be able to do much work in the next couple of days.  

I was basically t-boned while driving across a street and a speeding car hit me. Area has low visibility for oncoming traffic because of bends on both the right and left.

I'll be ok. Just need a few days to shake this off.
