all these weird guys poopin out in my rat 
mostly from russia , us 
they started popping out without me spreading the rat all of them open cmd
but they die after 3 mins of working ? dunno whatsap

They're honeypots, most likely from a VirusTotal scan, or if you spread it widely, bound to eventually get into an AV's hands.

Client has an AV? Bound to send sus files to the AV for further examining.

I would advise against ratting. Its fun, but it is a slippery slope if I've ever seen one.
