[Real_Slim_Shady]

I'm new here. I'm literally a newborn I created my account less than an hour ago. I saw a thread that I liked and wanted to rate it but I couldn't, it was talking about permission. Does this have any correlation to prestige or do you have to upgrade your account?

You have to upgrade your account to use that feature.

It does require an upgrade.
