What do you mean by inspect element PDF files?

Do you mean you want to edit a PDF file to add/remove content that was originally there? You can do this with Adobe Acrobat, but there are, of course, limitations.

literally just search "pdf editor" on google, or download adobe acrobat....

A regular Pdf editor will work unless it’s a scanned document. If it’s scanned or an image then don’t waste your time. OCR editors exist but don’t work well.

You can do this, I know of a method in Java using a library known as PDFBox. It allows you to do a read text and obtain info on formatting if needed (e.g. bold text...)

Just realised, the OP doesn't want to obtain/read info from the PDF. He wants to inspect element a certain part... I think the thread doesn't belong in the coding section.
