I recently got multiple PMs from Young Sosa, asking for my XMR miner and saying that he could help me sell it.
As soon as I said no, he asked one more time for it, I refused again and he instantly negged me.

Just wondering if this is allowed or if its rep abuse

Not abuse. You can be negged for pretty much any reason as long as they don't call you a scammer in it and neglect to link to a deal dispute made by them.
