My issue is the same exact issue on this subreddit post, (reddit post)
When i am signed into my youtube account, it takes anywhere from 10-25 seconds to load everything. While it is loading, I cannot even close the browser, it is completely unresponsive. I get a pop up saying this webpage is slowing down your browser. 
Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? Firefox is fast and looks beautiful but I cannot use it until this is fixed. I have tried every single reccomendation I could find, including going into firefox registery and changing something to false.
I have no extensions or adblock, my copy of firefox is new and fresh.

I don't get the same issue, but using Quantum for this past week I've noticed a handful of bugs. I'd suggest reporting this on Mozilla's support forums to see about getting this fixed.

I cannot even use Youtube, as when I go onto the site it is just a white screen other then the logo on the top left.

I had same sort of issue and I did a clean install.
