According to the article, Andromeda has been shutdown. Not sure how they can call it shutdown when all they did was shutdown current botnets.

Anybody care to share some thoughts?

Yea kinda clickbait article, they shutdown all the active botnets they could find and are able to shutdown.
It's not like they reverse engineered andromeda to not work anymore, so same as always. New servers ;)
