No this is not the wrong section since most of my messages are posted here, nearly every + or - rep I've received comes from this section...
Actually i've seen everyone can give negative reputation based on nothing, like the last rep (which kindly says that he is waiting for me to post my own private sha256 of my own private file here).
The reputation system is broken, since I've negative rep i can't post in determined sections of the forum, and I'm labelled as a "not reputable" seller in the market.
I'm a fair person, so I don't multi-account for rep or ask other people to share rep... Like many others do

He only asked for sha-256 of the file you uploaded on virustotal to see your "bypass".

Because you have negative REPUTATION you believe others judge you....

So does that mean if you have positive REPUTATION others won’t judge you?

I don’t see how the system is “broken”....

Maybe look up the definition of “reputation”....

Contribute to the forum and people will give you the appropriate recognition, be it positive or negative.

The reputation you received is a measure of users' opinions on you. Site restrictions introduced when you've passed certain thresholds are instilled for a reason. With that in mind, the reputation system is working as intended.
