Spoofing is no longer allowed but any DMCA requests will be ignored and scanning of any form is okay. RTMP video streaming is amazing for this service. Host fights and ball games without risk of downtime. You can scan but you can't exploit. Any other activity such as malware hosting etc. will result in a suspension pending a review of the offending server.

I have received a vouch copy from OP & have done some testing with the script known as "SUDP" and have also run a cadia (kept the details private of course) test. The server seems to push a solid 339K PPS with one core (as seen in screenshot 1) with the script "SUDP" & with two cores it pushes 765K PPS (screenshot 2). As for the prefix, these servers spoof on it is /8 according to cadia.
