Upon hours of waiting, I reached out to several members who purchased before me to ask how long it took, the replied that they still have not received their eBook, this is when I requested a refund. 

Rysko then proceeds to tell me that I will not be receiving a refund, that it's against terms of service. I said that for me to agree to terms of service, there needed to be something in the thread. He then edits his thread with the TOS: (he hides it in the very bottom right hand corner of the post, very shady)

1. Sales trashing will automatically void your support, refund and future updates
2. You must wait 30 days before attempting to claim your refund policy
3. Opening a chargeback will void your support and refund + a scam report will be made
4. By purchasing, you undoubtedly agree to the terms of service.
5. Proof might be asked for when attempting to claim a refund, you must comply.

After that, I went ahead and created a chargeback with all evidence,
then this mother fucker decided to create a scam report on me because I created a chargeback because no product was received. 

So.. he stole my money, created a deal dispute on me, then put out all my information (name and address) on the deal dispute. So please.. deal with caution. 

I'll update this thread on the history of the chargeback.

stop asking for a refund, paypal will give it back for your chargeback

its not like spamming dispute threads is going to do anything...
its in the FAQ, its not banable, and HF has nothing to do with any transaction.

Man, it's just policy. In any kind of major disputes, there needs to be records from both parties.. I'm sure it's annoying to keep seeing this or that thread, but I just need record of everything.

We'll see about that, a few members opened a chargeback after purchasing my product(s) and I won all of them with the help of Rocketr/Selly. OP has to play this one really smart if he wantes to get his money back with PayPal.
