Over the course of the last few days my domain and ports have been working fine. My clients were able to connect to my rat no problem. Canyouseeme.org said success, and that was it. It was working earlier today but I just checked right now, and it says connection refused, but I can't seem to pin point the issue. My IP hasn't changed, my domain hasn't changed, my antivirus is not blocking any connections. Why would it suddenly stop working?

firewall or maybe you have another program running under that port.
it could even be the antivirus itself making changes.

Connection refused means your port is open but isn't in use.
