User Pm'd me in response to my exchange request thread that he could do the deal.
I sent the codes and BTC address for reception.
User stopped responding and ignored all PM's sent.
Do not deal with this user.
He tried selling me a "$30 PSN code" lmfao
you should have looked him up, shit ton of scam reports and neg rep. It's beyond me how he is still open.
forward this to a staff member
If you would have taken 5 seconds out of your time to simply check his reputation you so if have noticed has has tons of open deal disputes.

Sure; however, the user @Ben is in cooperation with Trauma and is repping him as if he is trusted and disproving other rep.

Who cares? He has a ton of scam reports, he's clearly not trusted and is blatantly using the forum to scam people. Why just throw away your money? Not trying to rub salt in the wound but you just gotta be more careful going forward.

I already agreed with you about I should've checked. That's not what I'm getting at. I'm saying these users need to be banned.

Staff do not get involved in disputes. Users are at their own risk when they decide to deal on Hack Forums.
It sucks that they got to you but you really should have taken a second to do some research.

So what's the point of even opening a case then? Back when I used to be on here, scammers got banned within 2 hours.
Now it's just fine to have active members doing this in the eyes of the staff?

I can't speak to what it was like here years ago. Nowadays users are encouraged to do research on people they send their money to before hand.

Staff ban users that break rules. There isn't a rule against having a page of unresolved disputes.

So... scamming is allowed?

You've been here since 2014 and you don't know that Staff doesn't get involved?
No action is taken unless they admit to it or it's a huge scam spree & it's getting out of control.

No, I always assumed scamming was not allowed on here. (cuz common sense)
And this looks like a scam spree to me

Thank you! Finally someone who doesn't seem to just bat an eye at these scams going around.
