What's your Operating System?
On Windows I like Notepad++, on Linux I would try SciTE. Most important is the performance of the hardware. I run Linux on old and slow hardware, it takes a lot of time to open huge files there. On my Windows machine with i7 and 16 GB RAM I can handle those files much easier. Wikipedia offers a comparison of text editors: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison...xt_editors
Ewww usually I tend to use cat and pipe that to less for large documents. if you want to say append passwords to a large list from one you have compiled I would say
less filename.txt >> biglist.txt If say adding one or two passwords extra you can use echo. I try not to have big lists open in a gui editor since it can really be quite laggy.
UniversalViewer is free and works like a charm. I cant remember where I downloaded it but this is the file: https://www.sendspace.com/file/djwn17
Can open 100k lists without any problem |
