I have at the right the layers, and when I select them and move it its supposed to move them but no, the program want to move the layer that im clicking without even clicking it on the layer part at the right.
What I can do? Its very frustating doing CTRL + T to move them

Assuming you are talking about Photoshop > Select move tool and there is option "Auto Select" on top panel options of tool.

Its already selected and it doesnt wanna do it.
