damn hackoo its been a while nice to see u on here again,
i just got a working laptop again so i can start coding again.

when u get an answer on how to trigger the windows select icon dialoge box in vbscript msg it to me i wanna know how to do that .
its probably done with a command-line argument passed to something like explorer.exe, control.exe, or rundll32 but thats just a geuss
no easy way to do it i think
you can use site like http://help4windows.com/windows_xp_shell32_dll.shtml http://help4windows.com/windows_vista_shell32_dll.shtml http://help4windows.com/windows_7_shell32_dll.shtml http://help4windows.com/windows_8_shell32_dll.shtml
and grab the icons by thier os & index
for example win 7 folder icon http://help4windows.com/icons_win_7/win7...ll-003.jpg
Edit - you can use powershell to do it https://stackoverflow.com/a/28091056
