Usually, every year, you get 20% of watchable animes, however only 5% of that is actually good.

The rest 80% is some nonsense boring harem/ecchi/school life with absolutely 0 sense, 0 action, forced and boring sense of humor (not funny at all).

they do stuff like that i cant list because i dont remember names but in general some ecchi animus

simply over 80% of anime each year is SICKLY BORING and you just cant watch any of its episode without a feeling of wasted time.

is there really someone who watches this stuff? is it all about money?

A lot of anime just gets made overall now. Some good and some bad. Even if 80% of the anime per year is bad that still means there's like 20 fucking shows that are good. I mean just this year we got good shit like Girls Last Tour, Made In Abyss, Konosuba season 2, more fucking Food Wars, more fucking Gintama, more boku no hero, Sakura Quest, Magic Circle Guru Guru, Kimi no na wa, LWA, Ancient Magus' Bride, MMO Junkie, New Kino (although the last episode sucked ass), Gem anime, more depressed shogi player, Konohana Kitan, Maid Dragon, Youjo Senki, Gabriel DropOut, Kemono Friends and fucking Owarimonogatari S2.

Half that shit is new anime.

Alright I'll break this down into 3 simple points.

1) The anime industry is larger than ever, due to global communication, advancements in technology and animation techniques, and a growing fandom. This creates huge demand which in turn pumps out new shows

2) Anime and manga generally aren't based on being inclusive, rather its exclusive based on its genre (although some anime do draw a gray area). Therefore, anime will generate multiple adaptations and creations to target audiences, hence instead of a handful of anime you'll see 1-2 shounen, 1-2 mystery, 1-2 ecchi, and so forth. They don't expect everyone to like all the anime, but hoping for the 2-3 anime each season that always garner a large response.

3) General commerical strategies. Simply put, the general rule of thumb is when one type of product is successful, then you can create spinoffs or copycats that will likely earn more capital. So when you see an anime such as SAO that become popular and mainstream, there'll be dozens of other anime in the year or two afterward that will be pumped into the medium so long as it remains popular and generates profit.

dude all the titles you mentioned are exactly what i meant when I said 80% are shit. why would you watch 12 episodes of "Kino" where 10 year old looking boy traveling on his TALKING motorcycle to various creepy places wheres 1min of dull action and 11mind of boring semi philosofical talk between talking motorbike and some kid. why would you consider this anime good. its as good as some ecchi where all you see for 12min is some fake oversugared interactions and big boobs in kawaii concept
