I saw his thread that @Disco. listed stating that he was exchanging BTC/ETH for PP.

I, then, proceeded to PM him asking for $100 ETH.

He responded with his PP and instructions for the payment which I did.

I sent the money and gave him my address.
Confirmation of payment:

Then, he responded that he was sending the ETH but never did so.

I waited for a couple of minutes and continued to check my wallet, but I never received the ETH. So I came back onto HF and went to his profile and discovered he had blocked me.

Put on Ignore List:

Later, he unblocked me and PM'd me that he was going to refund me, but he never did so. What a scum lmao

I was able to cb and got my money back thankfully. And that last part isn't true, I cb'd on the day of the payment.
