So if I only know the gmail address of the target, what would be the best way to install RAT tool on the target's pc?

Can someone point me to the right direction please?

Social Engineering would be the best option OP, if you can get the victim to open a file, you're good to go.
I sometimes come around and poke a few threads before leaving for a few months again.

Only if you don't encrypt your executable properly, since gmail will scan your attachments for malicious files. In my experience doc macros work better, but you have to be creative to make the mail and document appealing.
