i wanted to make a website but I've only managed to create websites on shopify etc. so it was all "prebuilt" in a way

I am not a web developer but I have a few pages that are based on premium wordpress themes and I customized them a lot. Ask your questions and if I can I will answer them.

well I really don't know ANYTHING about web development.
I have no idea how to create a website, what to use, what i'm doing will be possible, etc.
The main thing that I kind of had questions on was whether it was possible to create a bitcoin address for every sign up you get on your website.
I think dark markets have a btc account for every account, and I kind of want the same ( but i dont wanna sell illegal stuff etc. bitcoin is just the only way i can get paid )
Would it be easy to do for someone with no experience like me? Is there some sort of plugin?
I've talked to soueuls and he's been very helpful so far, I think I have an idea on how to do the bitcoin thing, at least for the short-term I guess.
I just drew some pictures on paint.net just as a first sketch of the website, the basic features which I want I guess, I'll show them to you in PM if you want.
I still have no idea on how to make the website itself, what host, absolutely nothing... i've been thinking about it for weeks, but have no idea where to start....
You need to accept payments in btc on your site and you want to give a new btc address every time someone is about to make a purchase? If that is what you want, and if what you sell is legal indeed, you can use coinpayments. Every time I go to make a new purchase for hf, I pay to a different address.

how do i use it on my future website? and how are the fees? i've looked it up and it's 0.5% but bitcoin transactions require the miner fee too so it's going to be more than 0.5%
do I have access to every single bitcoin address generated by coinpayments, or do the funds get sent to the coinpayments wallet, and then sent to another wallet of mine?
1) Through their API.
2) Fees in coinpayments are high indeed. You can use other services similar to coinpayments. (coinbase, bitpay & more)
3) The funds are sent to their wallet and then forwarded to yours. That way they cut their fee.

For Bitcoin processing, checking out Blockchain's API: https://blockchain.info/api/api_receive
They even have an SDK for PHP: https://github.com/blockchain/api-v1-client-php
For hosting, are you planning to implement a separate backend and utilize a static frontend? For static frontends, I use Github for hosting my frontend (supports custom domain via CNAME) because it's free and with enterprise hardware & load balancing, and have rare chance of going down, and for backend a cheap SSD VPS from OVH would do just fine (~$3/month), you may use any of the community frameworks, Laravel is the most popular, but not exactly beginner friendly, Symfony seems like a good starting point.
But if you're going for a more muddled website structure, you may just use a VPS.
For frontend:

He loves using his graphs, don't insult him.
Maybe you should start with following some simple HTML/CSS tutorials before you start thinking you're ready or capable of making a whole website (including backend). Don't take this the wrong way, but some people aren't made to be a web developer. If I'm being honest with you, you might be better off hiring someone to make whatever you're trying to get done for you. It's less time consuming.

Download HTML template > Open in some editor (recommend brackets) > Match CSS to HTML so you know what does what > Google things.
That's how I started after WP.
Also, use a framework and look through the docs -- they'll usually have examples for every class they have (recommend bootstrap 4).

Those graphs are amusing! Really does boil down quite a bit of the past four years of coursework.
