Slightly simple when you think about it

In a table called users i have a row called email , I want to take all of them and put them in a list.

How do i go about doing so?

I get its mysql however there isnt a section for that so i deemed this the most appropraite place.

PS: make certain to use Mysqli and not Mysql.
