Change LED Light Strip

https://www.amazon.com/Targher-Waterproo...r_1_1_sspa

So I bought this light strip, but I was wondering if it's possible to send signals to the receiver of the light strip without the remote, but with C# or VB.Net

I don't really want to use a chipboard for this, so does anyone know how possible this would be?

If C# of VB can't do this, does anyone know another way to do it without using a board?
I think in your case, your best bet is audrino. I need to jump into that boat soon.

If you dont want to us a chip board, what other way is there to connect to the controller?
You would need some sort of IR blaster to get the signal to the light strip, idk how else you would communicate with the lights
!
Yeah I assumed I'd need a board for this..
Dammit
Don't think there's anyway without a board.

Use an Arduino and if you want to use Vb.net to control LED Strips you can send signals over the serial port for the Arduino to pick up.
If you want you can get a ESP32 or even a ESP8266-01 and do it wirelessly over your home WIFI, then you wouldn't need .NET at all (you could if you wanted to) . This would allow you to control the LED strips from almost every device connected on your network without any external software.

I recently did a school project on this. (My teacher is stupid and thought it was super complicated LOL)
