There are lots of sites about shoplifting, fraud and overall blackhat stuff, mostly on the darknet but some clearnet aswell (usually they end with .to or .biz)

If you know the right people you will know the forums/markets. I wouldnt recommend trying this stuff because you can easily get raided and arrested, its a tough business. I personally know a guy that had to do 3 years because of defrauding a big company, he was caught withdrawing money from an ATM with his faked bank account. All that shit only for a meager 50k lmao.

Personally i rather make money with shopify and crypto. But if you have perfect OPSEC etc. i guess blackhat stuff can be worth it for some people that know what they are doing.
