Is Assassin's Creed : Origins worth it? Also, what package/version should I buy, gold or the normal game?

Also, anyone out here who played it? What do you think of the game?

I received a code from my best friend in exchange for a McDonald's date and spent a little below 40 hours to complete the main story the first week. In my opinion it's a very good game. A lot of flaws and I skipped a bit of the story because I wasn't in the mood to follow along but the gameplay and feel of the game is fantastic imo. Graphics are great too. If I didn't own the game I would definitely spend the $45 or so to buy a code off of g2a. I'm personally a big fan of the open world, running around alone, grinding type games though so if you didn't enjoy previous AC's or Far Cry etc then you'll not like this.

Thanks for the review. Sounds like it's a solid game, also looks like it from the gameplays I've seen on youtube but I might still wait for a little more first hand reviews from other users.

Fantastic game. I have around 100 hours played and I still come across things that I have not encountered before. The replay value is immense if you've been a longtime fan of Assassin's Creed.

Yes, it's worth it. I'm still doing the campaign now. The mythical creatures in the game are legendary too. So is the chariot racing. Shame it's not online though.

I always loved the AC series ever since I was initially introduced to AC3. The graphics and the freedom of roaming and stealthiness is amazing, to me at least.
