"You can't use PayPal anymore" freeze funds for 180 days :(

Hi,
After PayPal reviewed my account and saw I sold big amounts of e-currencies in ebay, they decided not to give me continue use PayPal and keep amount of 890$ for 180 days.
I have few questions about cases like this, for the people who already have this PayPal “ban”…:
1) It was my primary account in PayPal on my name and I also sent them documents like passport, address proofs and more. I use PayPal or years and I want to continue use PayPal but I don’t know what to do, open another account? Open account with name of my family? What’s the best option for me?
2) After the 180 days, what options I’ll have to withdraw my money? I guess withdraw to Bank Account will be available, Is there more options? (like withdraw to my attached CC or something?
3) Is there option to reduce those 180 days? If so, what can I say them to make it work?
4) F*ck PayPal
Thanks guys  🤦‍♂

It is sad to hear this. There is only option to reduce those 180 days, you can give them a call and explain your side.

Yeah man. If you call there could be some really nice guys on the other side. I once got scammed for $50 and I called paypal and the dude refunded me. So I guess you should be able to do something
Unfortunately I don’t think there’s much you can do. This happened to a friend of mine last year. He was selling a server and recieved $3,500 via paypal. The next day there was a hold on his account. He continued to get in contact with Paypal and get the issue resolved but no luck. About a week after he was so fed up he sent a letter to a government office in our county and a few weeks later got an email saying his account was unfrozen.

Thanks for your reply guys..
I think I'll just wait this half of year...
Can somebody answer my first 3 questions?

You will not be able to open another account unless you use other credentials. Paypal basically has locked your card from being used to transfer your money. If you didn’t break their rules, you probabpy would’ve been able to call and get it sorted out. It’s still worth a shot I guess. If you are under 18 you can use that as an excuse but don’t expect to be able to use paypal again once you recieve your money.

The fault is solely on your end. If you're going to use pp, use it while following their ToS, pretty simple right.

As for how you can withdrawal they'll send to any form you had attached as well as a check.
at least you can still withdraw your funds after 180 days .
don't break paypal's tos again

PayPal is a fraud:

also if you are underage its understandable that they closed your account.
You should be fine I think when you open a new account when you are 18+.
They did same to me . I called and they said that I was receiving payments from Coinbase . Coinbase lets you withdraw your local currency to your paypal . I dont understand why paypal doesnt want money from Coinbase . I now cannot use it and am planning to hack them and to create them as many problems as they created to me .
You will have to wait 180 days to get your money and paypal probably won't let you have an account again.
You clearly broke terms of service.
I had to wait the full 180 days, sometimes longer if u dont have a bank account added to it because they will eventually mail you a check
